It makes it easier to go places where there's music, because I can enjoy pretty much anything in the right atmosphere.

Wouldn't have guessed you were a Billy Joel and Elton John fan, though. :)Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00722667383694168074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5728697892979323999.post-31912251900825954572009-08-21T17:22:10.833-07:002009-08-21T17:22:10.833-07:00I spend most of my radio time listening to the sta...I spend most of my radio time listening to the stations that play Billy Joel, Elton John and the like. They play current stuff too but it's all calmer stuff that I don't mind my kids hearing. Then every now and then I flip to the popular stations.

I don't think I have just one type of music I prefer. I'll listen to anything and everything. It's easier to list what I won't listen to. Hard core rap (I like some of the calmer softer stuff) and religious. I'll listen to most anything else.

I think what I listen to greatly depends on my mood too. That's why pandora is so awesome. I can mold a station for every mood.Maxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08214615912474657227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5728697892979323999.post-32547530411603925932009-08-21T13:23:24.964-07:002009-08-21T13:23:24.964-07:00Believe it or not, I actually did listen to countr...Believe it or not, I actually did listen to country for a couple years in the 90s. Haven't been able to get into the new stuff, but maybe I'll give it a try. :)

I've had the same luck with country stations as I have with pop: every time I tune in, the songs just don't appeal to me. But I haven't really given them more than a couple of songs to hook me.Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00722667383694168074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5728697892979323999.post-89430012371489245012009-08-21T12:57:53.543-07:002009-08-21T12:57:53.543-07:00A couple of years ago, during the CBC strike, the ...A couple of years ago, during the CBC strike, the only thing I could stand listening to was the local Country station. Try it!cellodavhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06731328635435175794noreply@blogger.com
