No, this isn't for the dinner table. For some reason, Stumpy (we just call her baby, though) likes to curl up and sleep in an empty bowl when the wife gives them a bowl of something.
They take all the food out, hoard it somewhere, and just leave the empty bowl.
We have some seriously weird rats.
*edit* I have now added a second picture where both baby *and* Mom are in the bowl. Aren't they cute?
